The calculators and guides on jobcostlabs.com are free to use for your own business. You do not need an account. You may print or save results for your own quotes, bids and records.
Estimates, not advice
Every result is an estimate based on the numbers you enter and on default values that are placeholders. Costs such as wages, workers' compensation, insurance, fuel, disposal fees and equipment vary by region and by business. You are responsible for checking the inputs and for the prices you quote. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, insurance, financial or accounting advice. The debt payoff calculator shows the arithmetic of a repayment plan; it is not a recommendation about any loan or lender.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We work to keep the math correct and fix confirmed errors, but we do not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular job. To the extent the law allows, JobCostLab is not liable for losses that come from relying on a result, including underpriced or lost jobs.
Content and copying
The text, calculators, images and spreadsheets on this site belong to JobCostLab. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Please do not copy whole articles or republish the calculators as your own.
Purchases
The full spreadsheets are sold on Etsy and Gumroad. Each purchase is a license for use in your own business, and is covered by the terms and refund rules of the platform you bought it on. Spreadsheet files may not be resold or shared publicly.
